Shipping Policy
After receipt of your Order and Payment your order will be dispatched to your address mentioned in your order within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays) either by our courier partner or through India Post depending on your Shipping address and its serviceability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order is accepted before Order is Shipped. You can cancel order at any time before it is Shipped . We will refund you full amount within 1-2 days once we receive cancellation request by e-mail on our above mentioned e-mail ID..
Return, Refund Policy
Return is accepted only if the product is damaged, defective or wrongly shipped; You have to raise return request within 3 days of receipt of the product. You have to send e-mail along with image of received product on our e-mail ID tusharneve@gmail.com along with exact reason for return. You have to return product to us on our address mentioned under Contact menu on main page. We will refund you full amount once we receive our damaged, defective or wrongly shipped product back to us. Normally it takes 5-7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account.
