Return is accepted only if the product is damaged, defective or wrongly shipped; and return request is raised by the you within 3 days of receipt of the product. You have to send e-mail along with image of received product on our e-mail ID tusharneve@gmail.com along with exact reason for return. You have to return product to us on our address mentioned on product package. We will refund you full amount once we receive our damaged, defective or wrongly shipped back to us.
Except for above mentioned reason no return will be entertained at any cost. We have placed two images of Product on this website. One is product image and another image is demo image to get rough idea how product will look in your ears , its size, length etc.
