Can I get earrings from available models I liked, in colour combination matching for my dress/ sarees i.e is customization possible?
Yes. We provide made to order earrings in colour combination of your choice subject to availability of colour of paper quilling strips. You have to Pay the price of model first & make a request through e-mail on our e-mail id with Model Number and colour combination required by you.Presently customisation option is available in this site only & not for buying on amazon or flipkart
Are the earrings durable and waterproof ?
Earrings are durable, can be used daily, however they are not waterproof as it is paper. Excess Water can damage earrings.
Can I gift it?
Yes, You can gift it to your dearest & nearest as it is perfect gifting option for any occasion and they will definitely love it.
What are buying options available?
You can now buy our products directly from this website. The products are also available for online shopping on Amazon.in or Flipkart.com. If you want customised earrings you have to contact us through our e-mail only.
Are shipping charges included in offer price?
No. You have to pay shipping charges extra. However we are charging Shipping charges per shipment and not per item i.e. if you order more than 2 quantities you will be charged only Rs.60 (in Maharashtra) and Rs 80 (out of Maharashtra) as shipping charges.Suppose you order say 5 quantities of ear rings you have to pay only Rs.60 and not Rs.300/- (Rs.60x 5) for buying through this website for Maharashtra. For buying on amazon.in or flipkart.com shipping charges are mentioned in their website as per their shipping policy.
Is there any promotional offer for the product?

Shipping Policy
After receipt of your Order and Payment your order will be dispatched to your address mentioned in your order within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays) either by our courier partner or through India Post depending on your Shipping address and its serviceability.
Return , Refund Policy
Return is accepted only if the product is damaged, defective or wrongly shipped; You have to raise return request within 3 days of receipt of the product. You have to send e-mail along with image of received product on our e-mail ID tusharneve@gmail.com along with exact reason for return. You have to return product to us on our address mentioned under Contact us heading on this page only. We will refund you within 1-2 days full amount once we receive our damaged, defective or wrongly shipped back to us.
Except for above mentioned reason no return will be entertained at any cost. We have placed two images of Product on this website. One is product image and another image is demo image to get rough idea how product will look in your ears , its size, length etc.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order is accepted before Order is Shipped. You can cancel order at any time before it is Shipped . We will refund you full amount within 1-2 days once we receive cancellation request by e-mail on our above mentioned e-mail ID..
